Panama City, Fla. - Panama City Police have made an arrest in a July 30th murder.
Investigators found 36-year-old Joshua Gazzea dead at a home on the 1900 Block of Moates Avenue, officers wrote in a news release.
During the investigation, officers discovered that the victim had been bound with rope. And, over the course of the investigation officers determined that Christopher Moates, 43, had bound the victim in his shed, which directly led to the victim’s death, the news release states.
Moates was arrested Wednesday and charged with third-degree murder and false imprisonment.
