Panama City Man Accused of Requesting Sexual Favors From a Teen

Bay County, Fla. - Bay County Sheriff's Office reported that a Panama City man was arrested yesterday afternoon for alleged sexual activity with a child.
Yesterday the victim admitted in a forensic interview at the Child Advocacy Center that she performed sexual favors for 25-year-old Marshall Thompson on multiple occasions.
According to the report, she said that Thompson offered her prescription pills and sometimes alcohol in exchange for her to participate in his sexual requests.  In other words, the victim would "do him favors" for his prescription medication, Xanax.
Deputies say that the defendant claimed that he did not do anything to her; instead she just did stuff for him. Thompson was embarrassed when talking to the deputies, but did admit that the sexual "favors" did occur.
The sexual activities began in late 2016 and continued till early 2017.  Thompson has been charged with "lewd and lascivious battery to a child over 12", and "delivering controlled substances to a minor".
He was taken to the Bay County Jail.
