Bay County, Fla. - The Bay County Sheriff’s Office announced today the arrest of Robert Donelson on multiple drug charges. A traffic stop was done on May 12, 2018, by the Special Investigations Division on a vehicle driven by Donelson.
According to the Bay County Sheriff's Office, it was discovered that Donelson had seven active felony warrants and two active misdemeanor warrants for his arrest. When Donelson stopped his vehicle, he fled on foot for a short distance, but was quickly apprehended by BCSO investigators.
During a search of the vehicle, investigators found approximately three ounces of methamphetamine, a black .357 magnum pistol, and approximately $4200 cash. Donelson was booked into the Bay County Jail for the outstanding warrants, as well as charges for the items found in the car.
