LYNN HAVEN, Fla. - A few months back, the Lynn Haven commission decided that trails for residents to walk, run, and bike on would be included in their project. Those rails that used to carry fuel from the depot to Tyndall Air Force base are now being taken out.
Engineers began surveying the tracks last Monday.
The developer says once the rails are being taken out, they'll be able to move forward with the a plan.
"We've got a master plan that we like and now we're starting to submit our first applications. Hopefully the city will come back with a good developing agreement," Andrew Bales, a developer, said.
