New meals made with holiday leftovers

3 Cups chopped turkey

1 Box Pomi chopped tomatoes

1 15 ounce can Red Kidney beans, drained and rinsed

1 15 ounce can Pinto Beans, drained and rinsed

1 cup frozen whole kennel corn

1 cup onion, chopped

1 small jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped 

2 inches garlic paste

1 12 ounces can beer 

11/2 tablespoon Mexican blend seasoning

1 1/2 tablespoon Madras Curry powder 

1 teaspoon Herb De Provence

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce 

2 cups chicken base

2 tablespoons canola oil


Heat oil in large pot, add onions and garlic paste,saute' until translucent, add all other ingredients, bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes, stir occasionally, adjust seasoning and serve with homemade tortilla chips.
