PANAMA CITY, Fla. - One of two men Panama City Police was to interview about a December murder has turned himself in on separate warrants.
Deandre Johnson was booked into the Bay County Jail this weekend on drug and weapons charges.
Investigators were seeking Johnson and Benjamin Gilyard for questioning in the murder case but were unable to find them likely because of outstanding warrants.
On December 21 Alton Mills, 22, was shot and killed at the Foxwood Garden Apartments.
Gilyard is still wanted for armed robbery and grand theft warrants.
