Bay County, Fla. - A man described as a transient is back in The Bay County Jail.
The Bay County Sheriff's Office says that 30-year-old Albert Hickson was arrested over the weekend following a traffic stop in Springfield.
Deputies say Hickson had one pound of crystal meth, also known as 'ice' in the vehicle.
Florida law says that amount of methamphetamine makes it a capital felony with a minimum-mandatory sentence of 25 years if convicted.
Investigators say Hickson was also wanted for violation of pre-trial release for a similar drug arrest in June. He was out on bond for the first charge when he was re-arrested.
