Youngstown, FL - A Youngstown man is in jail after burying $15,000 worth of gold and silver in his yard, then reporting it missing.
Tyson Davis made a complaint to the Bay County Sheriff's Office last week saying his order of precious metals never arrived.
Sheriff's investigators contacted Fed-Ex who verified they delivered the package to the correct address and Davis himself signed for it.
During questioning, Davis admitted he buried the gold and silver in his backyard.
Davis is charged with filing a false report and violation of probation.
When searched during his arrest, deputies found meth and a pipe on him adding two more charges.
