Jerry Brown Reads to Northside Elementary Kids for Read Across America Day

PANAMA CITY, Fla. - Thursday was Read Across America Day nationwide. It is celebrated every year on March 2, which by the way is the birthday of the late writer and illustrator Dr. Seuss.

This special day created by the National Education Association to encourage children and teens to read. Some of us from News 13 joined other members of the community to visit classrooms.  

News 13's Jerry Brown had the pleasure of reading to students at Northside Elementary School in Panama City.
