PANAMA CITY, Fla. - The Panama City Police Department shut down a huge drug operation this weekend following weeks of an investigation.
Officers carried out a search warrant on the home and storage shed of 44 year old Willie Pennywell.
They say they found more than 400,000 dollars worth of methamphetamine and cocaine there.
The street crimes unit reportedly seized 173 grams of cocaine, about 14 grams of meth, and more than 4,100 grams of methamphetamine oil.
Lt. Chris Edmundson from the Panama City Police Department said Pennywell was booked into the Bay County jail on multiple charges.
"As a result of the investigation and these findings the resident, Willie Pennywell, was arrested and charged with trafficking methamphetamine, trafficking cocaine, manufacturing methamphetamine, manufacturing the drug paraphernalia, keeping and maintaining a drug nuisance house, and possession of ammunition by a convicted felon," he said.
Pennywell was released on a 57,000 dollar bond.
