PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla. - Four people were arrested after Bay County Sheriff's investigators said they found heroin and other narcotics in a home.
Investigators served a search warrant last week at a condominium complex on Panama City Beach. During the search two grams of heroin, five grams of methamphetamine, and ten prescription pills were located.
Casey Tillis, 31, of Panama City Beach, was charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of clonazepam, and possession of heroin with intent to distribute. Tillis was also charged with tampering with evidence after she allegedly tried to flush pills down the toilet.
Nolan E. Dragoo, 23, a transient, was charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of marijuana. Dragoo was also charged with smuggling contraband into a detention facility when heroin was found upon his person as he was booked into the Jail, offiicials said.
Madison Spencer, 19, a transient, was charged with possession of heroin and possession of alprazolam.
Jennilee Payne, 31, a transient, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
