Emily Cobb is a "Big Deal" in Bay District Schools

LYNN HAVEN, Fla. - A simple observation at Mosley High School turned into an act of kindness that wasn't overlooked by Mosley teachers.
Earlier this school year, Junior Emily Cobb noticed a classmate didn't have any school supplies so she took her concern to her parents who helped her buy some for the student.
"I left it with a teacher and asked her not to tell him who it was, and she gave it to him after class," Emily said.  "I saw him using all of the stuff that I brought in and so I know he really needed it, and it meant a lot that he accepted it and used it."
Emily said she never wanted any recognition for the act of kindness and feels it's important to recognize when people are in need and try and help.
