BAY COUNTY, Fla. - Bay County Sheriff's Deputies say a 21-year-old Panama City man is responsible for a string of vehicle burglaries in the Cherokee Heights subdivision on November 5.
Jefferson Marshall is charged with eight counts of burglary in the case. A witness in the case said Marshall went through the vehicles stealing tools, change, purses, a hand gun and a deputies badge, according his arrest affidavit.
Marshall was identified and arrested thanks to surveillance video and his "distinct" deer hoof track tattoo on his left tricep.
Marshall is expected to face a judge for the first time Monday afternoon.
The show will be at the AMIkids building on 200 East Beach Drive.
