Dancers, manager arrested for allegedly violating morality ordinance

PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla. - Multiple people were arrested earlier this morning for allegedly violating Bay County's morality ordinance at Panama City Beach adult nightclub.

Bay County Sheriff's deputies say Destiny Leeds, Megan Rodriquez, Jaycee Aycock, Elizabeth Conant and Lauren Wilson danced with their breasts exposed while working at Show 'n Tail on Thomas Drive.

A sixth person, Manager David Nelms, was also charged with violating the ordinance.

The agency "began receiving complaints concerning dancers dancing nude in violation of Bay County's Morality Ordinance from citizens and criminal sources," officials wrote in a news release. "Another law enforcement agency, while conducting a separate investigation, observed these violations inside the bar and reported it to the Bay County Sheriff's Office."
