Panama City, Fla. - Debris, tree limbs and even one tree are already down in the Bay County area thanks to Hurricane Irma.
About 2,000 Lynn Haven customers lost power at about 1 p.m. Sunday. They are expected to get power back by about 5:15 p.m.
Minor damages so far include a tree down in a neighborhood near the Bailey Bridge and a large limb down in power lines at a Parker home.
