The Bay County Sheriff's Office is investigating what they're calling a suspicious death on the north end of the county.

Around 4:20 Saturday afternoon deputies were called to 7604 Campflowers Road in Youngstown.

When they arrived they found a woman believed to be in her late 30s dead inside the home.

They say a teenager who had been in the home all day found the body.

"There are some strange circumstances to it that we're investigating right now. We've called for the medical examiner to come out to the scene to take a look at the circumstances, but there's no clear cause of death right now," said Major Tommy Ford, Bay County Sheriff's Office.

Ford said it could take several days to determine the cause of death with an autopsy.
