PANAMA CITY, Fla. - A barge broke loose and drifted toward the Tarpon Dock Bridge in Panama City, which is threatening docked boats and the Seafood Market.
Crowds gathered to see the beached barge, and say that they fear it may threaten nearby townhomes.
Police on scene said they are unsure where the barge came from, but that no structural damages or injuries have been reported at this time.
